Welcome Desk Program Counselor Mayo Clinic Pre-College

The WDPC will serve as the point person for all things student and parent related, providing support, direction, and a seamless line of communication regarding what’s happening in real time. The role will involve various clerical and administrative duties, including greeting and welcoming students, answering phone and email inquiries, and performing daily attendance checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year work experience (summer camp, boarding school, college campus, etc.,)
• Previous customer service-related experience
• Previous experience with youth, whether at summer camps or other residential programs on the administrative supportive level
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, communication platforms with or similar to Orah, Pronto
