P&L ownership, commercial acumen, university partnerships, faculty and talent management, and service mindset

2-5 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring, with a background in Apprenticeships or relevant industry experience

5+ years of B2B sales experience, ability to qualify sales through MEDDIC, and a project management approach to running deals

Proven leadership experience, strong technical foundation in AI, and product expertise. Demonstrated success in line management and data-driven decision-making

Proven success in new-business enterprise sales, thrives in a scale-up environment, and has executive presence and credibility
