We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will support the implementation of HR strategies and contribute to organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or related fields
• Previous experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles
• Knowledge of labor law, particularly the Metalmeccanico – Commerce – Industrial Directors CCNL
• Good organizational skills, precision, and a results-oriented approach
• Strong relational skills, active listening, and teamwork attitude
• Proactivity and ability to positively influence decision-making processes
