Job Description
CampeĆ³n Gaming is an innovative Greek iGaming Hub seeking a CRM Communications Associate to support the implementation of CRM communications within the Fast Track CRM platform. The role involves setting up email and on-site notifications, implementing campaign communications, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or content management, with excellent written and verbal English, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or content management
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in iGaming or CRM marketing environments
- Familiarity with Fast Track CRM
- Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
