Job Description
CampeĆ³n Gaming is seeking a CRM Communications Lead to join their team in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on ensuring CRM communications are correctly configured, tested, and prepared within the Fast Track CRM platform. The position involves content implementation and operational management, and requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or CRM campaign execution
- Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and campaign management abilities
- High attention to detail and QA discipline
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across marketing and CRM teams
- Experience in iGaming CRM operations
- Understanding of promotional and bonus mechanics in iGaming
