We're looking for a Senior Director of People who will oversee the operational arm of our People & Culture function. You are a highly capable leader who can balance the technical rigor of HR program management with the human touch of business partnering.
Requirements
- Progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
- Technical HR expertise and onboarding experience in HRIS administration, benefits management, leave management, and compliance
- Ability to build and scale HR programs in a high growth environment, including through M&A-driven growth
- An approachable and kind, but firm when it matters leadership style
- Trust when things get complicated, and you're equally comfortable diving into the details of a benefits plan or coaching a leader through a challenging personnel decision
- Proven track record in employee relations and conflict resolution
- The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a hybrid setting
