Payroll & Benefits Manager

Campus is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to own and operate all aspects of payroll and benefits administration. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing while designing and managing a competitive, cost-effective benefits program.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
• Strong hands-on experience managing payroll systems
• Experience managing benefits programs and leading vendor negotiations
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance (NY experience strongly preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong operational rigor
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
