Payroll & Benefits Manager

Campus is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to own and operate all aspects of payroll and benefits administration across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing, as well as designing and managing a competitive, cost-effective benefits program.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
• Strong hands-on experience managing payroll systems — Rippling strongly preferred
• Experience managing benefits programs and leading vendor negotiations
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance
• High attention to detail and strong operational rigor
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
