Financial Aid Consultants/Financial Aid Director to assist higher education clients in strengthening financial aid operations and enhancing student experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and the full adoption of technology
- 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of college student financial aid
- Experience as a Director, Associate, or Assistant Director of a program at a college or university
- Experience with highly automated financial aid management systems and Financial Aid ERP software
- Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups and creating consensus building
