Higher Education Human Resources/Payroll Consultants

CampusWorks is looking for Human Resources/Payroll Consultants to assist higher education clients in strengthening their human resources operations. The consulting engagements may be remote or onsite, and can include serving as an interim CHRO/Director or Interim Head of HR, leading a Business Process Review project, or optimizing their HRIS system.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level Human Resources professional in a higher education institution
• Prior work in a college or university as a CHRO, Vice President of Human Resources, AVP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Payroll, or Human Resource Business Analyst working with ERP/CRM products
• Experience with a higher education ERP system (e.g., Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday)
• Experience assessing human resources/payroll operations and making recommendations for process improvement
