Community Health Worker/Program Specialist I

We are looking for a passionate Community Health Worker/Program Specialist I to join our team at CAN Community Health. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of HIV, Prevention, and Treatment pathways and be able to provide HIV/STI/Hepatitis C testing and risk reduction counseling in community-based settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field preferred, relevant college-level coursework may substitute for experience.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required.
