Job Description
CAN Community Health is hiring a Mobile HCV Community Health Worker I to provide patient-centered HIV/STI/Hepatitis C testing and health education, support clinical care, and conduct community outreach. The role requires a high school diploma, community health worker certification, and 1 year of experience in a related field.
