Manager, Accounting (General/Grants/Subsidiaries) - Grant Specific

The Manager, Accounting (General/Grants/Subsidiaries) position is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The role operates in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and a broad range of accounting responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Non-Profit experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• PC Proficiency – Must be proficient in using personal computers and related software.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Strong experience with Excel and Word is required.
• NetSuite ERP System – Strong experience required.
• Multitasking & Time Management – Capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
• Self-Motivation – Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Interpersonal Skills – Strong ability to collaborate with a diverse team and population.
• Supervisory & Customer Service – Demonstrated leadership and customer service capabilities.
• Accounts Payable Knowledge – Familiarity with AP systems and procedures.
