CAN Community Health is hiring a Patient Experience Expert I to provide a welcoming first point of contact and ensure accurate patient registration, scheduling, and communication. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and has experience in a medical office or front office setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical office or front office setting
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Pass a Level I and Level II Background check
