Medical Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Experience Expert I

We are looking for a Patient Experience Expert I to provide a welcoming first point of contact and ensure accurate patient registration, scheduling, and communication so that patients experience timely, respectful and coordinated access to care. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical office or front office setting
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required
