Requirements
- Ensure assigned section is ready for service and assigned side duties are complete prior to service
- Communicate with assigned Captain all guests concerns and handling guest concerns to the satisfaction of the guests
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, products, cooking process, ingredients and potential relevant allergies
