Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent is responsible for greeting, booking, and executing dining reservations and special requests in all food outlets, providing exceptional service and information on CN Tower Food and Beverage products and services.

Requirements

• One (1) to three (3) years' related experience in the Food and Beverage industry
• Smart Serve certification
• Working knowledge of restaurant POS system and reservations software (Open Table)
• Diploma from a secondary school
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
