We are seeking an Assistant in Invalidity Claims Regulations (Bilingual) to join our team in the Montreal region of the claims department. The role is responsible for managing all initial claims and incoming requests, ensuring claim files are complete, and evaluating and processing life insurance, severe illness, disability, and unemployment claims within prescribed deadlines.

Requirements

• Cross-train on all claims products to support the national administration team
• Record new claims and recurring mail information in the main database system for processing by national claims staff
• Manage all mail received via client email boxes, fax, or portal, and ensure its rapid transmission to national claims staff
