We are seeking a permanent full-time Invalidity Claims Manager (Bilingual) in Montreal, QC. The candidate will proactively manage disability insurance claims, evaluate medical information, and develop plans for claim management and return-to-work plans during periods of disability.
Requirements
- Proactively manage assigned disability insurance claims
- Evaluate medical information and job-related tasks
- Develop plans for claim management and return-to-work plans during periods of disability
- Conduct medical inquiries by phone or in writing with the claimant, employer, doctors, healthcare professionals, or lawyers
- Exercise critical thinking to make decisions based on the results of your comprehensive evaluation of each claim
- Implement return-to-work programs and coordinate them with the employer
