We're hiring Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors to lead full-cycle recruitment for key business areas and partner with hiring leaders to shape recruitment strategies. Requirements
- 6-9 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across a wide range of roles
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
- Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with SuccessFactors is a strong asset
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and French; a strong asset
