Chargé de comptes, Services de retraite collectifs (bilingue)

As a Charge of Accounts, you will promote the development, growth, and conservation of business with consulting firms and main clients of Retirement Regimes in the Work Environment. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with regime respondents and consulting firms, develop and implement business plans, and manage the sales process.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (French and English mastery)
• At least five years of experience in the collective retirement savings sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate, negotiate, and work with internal and external business sectors
