Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Canadian leave and disability administration or case management
- Solid knowledge of federal and provincial legislation regarding leave in Canada, including LNE requirements and human rights obligations
- MS Office mastery; experience with Workday HRIS highly desired
- Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee situations with tact, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong client service orientation, business acumen, and ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality
