Customer Service Specialist (bilingual)

Customer Service Specialist (bilingual) position to provide excellent customer service to clients and Advisors, working with sales and service roles across multiple offices to achieve common goals and delight customers. The position involves implementing, managing, and maintaining Group Life and Health benefits plans, participating in employee educational sessions, and reviewing contracts and employee booklets.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required
• Post-secondary level education or a combination of relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license and automotive transportation
• Proven experience providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and delegation skills
• Project management skills
• Experience with Group Life and Health products and processes is an asset
