We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage assigned contracts, provide client training, and participate in presentations. The incumbent will implement, manage, and update group life and disability insurance plans, review contracts, and meet with clients and advisors regularly.

Requirements

• Implement, manage and update group life and disability insurance plans for assigned clients
• Participate in employee information sessions
• Review contracts and employee booklets, and explain contractual terms to clients and advisors
• Meet with clients and advisors regularly to review administrative procedures and request for settlement and discuss
• Offer client support in regards to collective plan administration, including online registration, billing, and report production tool
• Deal directly with head office resources and Employee Benefits Services regarding client- assigned problems
• Deal with issues related to premium billing, including terminations, new employees, and salary changes
