Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English mastery) required
- At least seven years of experience in the financial services/insurance sector
- Post-secondary education, preferably with a specialization in finance or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of life insurance, disability insurance, and severe illness insurance products, sales strategies, the financial services industry, and applicable laws
- Recognized professional titles in the financial services industry, such as CFP, C. Fin. A., PFP, or A.V.A.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel in an assigned region using your own means
