Director Technical Solutions, Wealth

The Individual Wealth Technology team within Application Delivery, Canada and Lifeco is seeking a Director, Technical Solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery and support of applications, spearheading new technology projects, and enhancing key applications.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10+ years' related experience supporting technology platforms and delivering projects/products to enable businesses capabilities
• Ideal candidate has experience working with Wealth businesses and systems and maintains a strong knowledge of wealth products in the Canadian market
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to hire, inspire, train/develop, performance manage and drive high employee engagement
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or computer science or equivalent experience
