Director, Technology Delivery

The Individual Wealth Technology team within Application Delivery, Canada and Lifeco is seeking a Director, Technology Delivery. The role is responsible for overseeing the technology delivery of large programs / projects, partnering with business, technology and program / project managers and teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to internal clients. The team is looking for innovative, collaborative, fun-loving candidates that exemplify the company's values and can demonstrate it in their work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years technology delivery experience, including large program delivery
• Ability to understand and effectively work with various business lines and technology ecosystems
• Experience working with Wealth businesses and systems and maintaining a strong knowledge of wealth products in the Canadian market
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire and drive high employee engagement
• Ability to respond to and generate urgency, create clarity through ambiguity, and pivot quickly when needed
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or computer science or equivalent experience
