Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Associate plays a critical role in the operations of the Group Benefits sales team in BC. In this role the successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers, Group Benefit Analysts, the Service team, and advisors to deliver Canada Life products to the market.
Requirements
- Prepare quotes and presentations via in-house software and Microsoft Office suite tools
- Package and email annual renewals to advisors on behalf of Account Executives
- Underwrite and price new groups and amendments
- Work collaboratively with Group Benefit Analysts and Account Managers to deliver Canada Life products to the market
- Develop a strong competency of our systems and processes
- Act as a liaison between our office and advisors to investigate and gather missing information
- Certain assignments and specialized tasks: such as broker commissions, report creation, and other various administrative duties
