Job Description
East Penn Canada is seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to the National Account Sales Team. The role involves managing reporting, customer program administration, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high customer satisfaction and account performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administration, sales support, reporting, and/or account management
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or marketing, or a mix of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong customer service orientation
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong project and time management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, inventory systems, and sales management platforms
