Administrateur principal bilingue - Titrisation

Join our Operations team as a Bilingual Principal Administrator - Titrisation, where we ensure that mortgage financing is available for approved issuers in all economic cycles. You will execute and oversee the process of creating mortgage-backed securities issued under the National Housing Act (NHA). In addition, you will support the issuance of mortgage-backed securities and ensure that the NHA program is administered in accordance with government regulations and program policies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business administration or public administration
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in securitization or mortgage lending
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and take initiative
