As a hybrid role, you will work in a team to supervise administration and make decisions to improve customer service and achieve objectives. Provide high-quality service to enhance the Society's image and maintain solid business relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or commerce or a combination of studies and experience in the banking industry
• At least three years of relevant experience in mortgage financing and mortgage loan administration
• Excellent skills in analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
• Knowledge of Canadian market trends and evolution as well as industry partners
• Excellent ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Good knowledge of mortgage financing and real estate laws, default recourses, and property administration
• Professional certification is an asset
