Job Description
The Bilingual Manager, IT Risk Management and Reporting role oversees the successful completion of complex monitoring, risk identification, assessment and reporting, along with compliance activities to ensure alignment with CMHC's Enterprise Risk Management practices. The role leads a team to monitor and influence operational policies, procedures and practices in consultation with relevant management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Commerce or related field
- A minimum of seven years of experience in IT risk management related roles
- Proficient in developing IT risk management policies
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and managing risks to achieve intended outcomes
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
- Adept at planning and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
