Job Description
Join the IT Risks and Compliance team as a Manager, IT Risk and Reporting. Supervise the completion of complex surveillance, risk determination, and evaluation activities, and lead a team to monitor and influence policies, procedures, and operational practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, commerce, or a related field
- At least seven years of experience in IT risk management roles
- Mastery of IT risk management policy development and a solid understanding of the specialization domain, sector standards, frameworks, and risk management practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and ability to demonstrate tact, good judgment, diplomacy, professionalism, and political sensitivity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and manage risks to achieve expected results
