Deloitte is seeking a Risk and Contract Manager to manage and mitigate risks within the organization, with a focus on contract modalities and service delivery. The role involves reviewing service offers and contract documents, analyzing risks, and developing strategies to manage them effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in contract negotiations, knowledge of Canadian standards and regulatory requirements, and bilingualism in French and English.

• Proven expertise in managing complex contract modalities and associated risks
• Ability to evaluate risks in client agreements and propose effective mitigation strategies
• At least 10 years of experience in contract negotiations
• Knowledge of Canadian standards, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Leadership in contract negotiations and achieving acceptable risk levels
• Ability to simplify complex modalities and risks so that stakeholders can clearly understand them
• Skill to examine and review agreements to align them with the organization's risk tolerance
• Ability to establish trust relationships with internal and external partners
