As a Bilingual Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and evolve the end-to-end recruitment function, partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate workforce requirements, and deliver inclusive hiring strategies that attract exceptional talent. You will play a key part in shaping workforce strategy, strengthening our employer brand, and developing a high performing team of talent acquisition professionals.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field or a combination of education and experience
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and labour market trends
- Experience with e-recruitment tools and diverse interview techniques (including behavioural interviewing)
- Proven ability to develop and use recruitment metrics and performance dashboards
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills in both official languages (French and English), with experience engaging senior leaders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
