We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto. This is a permanent full-time position. As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong expertise in recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and market trend analysis
- Experience with electronic recruitment tools and various interview techniques, including behavioral interviews
- Confirmed ability to develop and use recruitment metrics and performance dashboards
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and influence skills in both official languages (English and French), with proven experience with senior leaders
- Ability to evolve effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Confirmed ability to work strategically and tactically
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
