Job Description
Incident & Problem Management Specialist (ITSM) role at CMHC, responsible for supporting incident management and related ITSM processes, collaborating with delivery teams, and ensuring accurate incident logging and tracking. Requirements
- Postsecondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or IT Service Management
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Working knowledge of Incident and Major Incident Management practices
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Familiarity with SLA tracking, incident reporting, and operational metrics
- Ability to follow defined processes and operate effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
