Job Description
We are seeking a Building Operator to join our team at Granville Island, responsible for ongoing maintenance and repairs across the entire Granville Island site, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for visitors.
Requirements
- Post-secondary certificate in a specialized trade discipline
- At least 5 years of equivalent experience in building maintenance
- Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing repair, CVC operations, and electrical troubleshooting
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
