Leasing Specialist (*Talent Pool*)

We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic Regina, SK team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the frontline liaison, building strong relationships and delivering excellence to maintain resident satisfaction. You will own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents and proactively monitor vacancies to achieve leasing targets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Property management software knowledge is an asset.
