Job Description
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Development Scientist II or III (Analytical) to join their dynamic Network Centre for Applied Development (NetCAD) team. The successful candidate will provide scientific and technical leadership on analytical techniques used to characterize blood and blood products, and work on development projects to improve products and processes.
Requirements
- PhD level degree with at least 3 years' experience
- Master's degree with at least 6 years' experience
- Knowledge of the science of blood and blood products
- Experience with analytical methods including flow cytometry, ELISA, enzymatic assays, coagulation and aggregation assays, cell morphology, protein assays, and data analysis
