Job Description
We are looking for a Regular part-time Donor Centre Associate to join our dynamic Collections Operations East team in ON-Sudbury. The role involves promoting a positive experience for donors throughout the collection process, performing venipuncture, and ensuring completeness of information in our IT system.
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
- Completion of an accredited training program in phlebotomy (asset)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience working with the public
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of and experience working with current Good Manufacturing Practices
