Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Digital Performance and Delivery. The role will involve delivering high-quality digital experiences that support organizational goals, leading and developing a digital team, and providing hands-on leadership by contributing to digital work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital roles with increasing responsibility
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or digital communications
- Strong hands-on expertise with digital marketing platforms, UX, analytics, and performance optimization
- Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing direct reports
