Job Description
CFIB is seeking a Sales Manager in Training to learn, grow, and lead. The role involves developing relationships with SMB owners, driving new business development, and mastering sales strategies, tools, and tech.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients
- Motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments
- Open to feedback, love learning, and take initiative to grow skills
- Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process
- Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and ready to be on the move in the territory
