Job Description
Join CMHA Peel Dufferin and support individuals in achieving their goals. Provide mental health and addictions consultation, conduct WRAP and Wellness-based Groups, and create a supportive, ongoing relationship with clients and their support systems.
Requirements
- College Diploma in Social Services or relevant Post-secondary education
- Peer certification is an asset
- Lived experience on a path to recovery is required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with vulnerable populations (i.e. mental illness, addiction)
- Experience facilitating and creating peer support groups is an asset
