Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will provide leadership to the team, ensure the delivery of service model standards, and lead the B2B Mark’s Commercial Business function. They will also implement and communicate operating procedures, manage scheduling, and follow up on execution of shipping/receiving and eCommerce fulfillment operations. The role requires a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop department and store teams, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 3-5 years retail experience
• Basic computer skills
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop department team and store team
• Proven ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store
• Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills
• Superior training and mentoring skills
