Staff Quality Engineer

Staff Quality Engineer responsible for defining, executing, and governing enterprise-grade performance engineering strategy and owning administration and maintenance of core QE tooling across portfolios.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with deep specialization in performance engineering
• Proven experience in digital performance testing (Web, Mobile Web, Native Mobile Apps)
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and performance testing in distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with APM and observability tools (Dynatrace, New Relic)
• Working knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.)
• Experience with logging platforms (ELK, Splunk, Sumo Logic)
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a technical leader, influencer, and mentor
