Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will work with ScotiaDigital Engineering team, providing end-to-end test support and coordination, governance, and continuous improvement. You will create test plans, develop strategies, and coordinate with QA teams to ensure customer needs are met with the highest quality.

Requirements

• Develop, schedule, coordinate, and execute test procedures of systems and software for multiple projects for system integration
• Work closely with program managers and QA lead across scotia digital labs to ensure overall project delivery from quality engineering perspective
• Lead the analysis and translation of business requirements into test cases
• Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a project's timeline or success and provide regular status updates to the Program manager
• Provide advice to your team, including ongoing feedback and support
• Partner with development engineers during story and task breakdown to develop test approach that effectively cover the functional and performance characteristics of a feature
