Senior Quality Engineer

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will perform QE activities to support enterprise-scale data transformation and modernization, ensuring compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
• 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience and in-depth knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript, Java), testing frameworks, and utilities
• Experience with API testing, Customer data and Customer systems, preferably in Mainframe environment, testing large data transformations and migrations at enterprise scale
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence decision making across stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead team members with differing opinions and levels of experience
• Project management skills to map and execute short-term and long-term plans for the team
• Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work as part of a team and encourage both individual and collaborative innovation
• Positive and resilient personality - Able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement
