Requirements
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Review purchase orders and sales contracts
- Review specifications to ensure scope of work is consistent with bid
- Maintain records of communications with customers
- Write to customers and follow-up on outstanding requests
- Follow-up on codes that may affect delivery
- Review comparison reports and prepare change orders
- Process back charge forms and claims
- Review charges and document issues
- Update tracking spreadsheets
- Provide continuous improvement guidance
- Research accounting issues
- Prepare reports and correspondence
