Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager

Canary Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager to own the analytics infrastructure, build executive-ready dashboards, and lead operational cadences. The role requires 5+ years of experience in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or a related field.

Requirements

• Own Canary's US analytics infrastructure
• Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPI frameworks
• Lead operational cadences that connect product execution to business outcomes
• Collaborate with Product Leads and PMs to instrument new features, define success metrics, and deliver launch reporting
• Quantify operational improvements and communicate impact clearly to leadership
• Inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization through data-driven analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
• Shape cross-functional planning processes
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
